AZ

I am REALLY sad that we are back to reality after a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Matt and I went to AZ to enjoy the holiday with family. Our activities included the following: Eating delicious breakfast, playing football on Thanksgiving, having Thanksgiving with cousins, seeing 2 great movies, little shopping, making gingerbread houses, and going to my cousin Bronson's farewell. We had SOOO much fun and wish that everyday was like that. ha. How was your Thanksgiving? (Sorry this is a little late:))

On our way to Bronson's farewell. He is going to Iowa:)
Salym
Jetta, Liberity, and Venice LOVED Matt and his "magic" tricks. Whenever he wasn't around, they would always ask where he was. he he.

Pumpkin Spiced Cream Cheese Breakfast Rolls

IMG_4086picnik.jpeg

These are SOOOOOO good. You have to make them:) They are very easy to make and great for the holiday season. Enjoy!

2 packages/cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

4 0z cream cheese, softened

1/4 Cup brown sugar

1/4 Cup canned pumkin (Libby’s)

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll crescent rolls to form 4 rectangles placed side by side. Pinch seams together to form one long rectangle. Place cream cheese, brown sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg into a mixer; beat until well combined. Spread mixture over crescents leaving a 1/2 inch border around edges. Starting at long end, roll up then cut into 1 inch pieces. Place around 2 9 inch cake pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray. I left the centers open so the rolls form a circle.

2. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until rolls are golden brown. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes. Frost warm rolls with cream cheese frosting recipe below.

Frosting

4 oz softened cream cheese

1/2 Cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 Tablespoon canned pumpkin (Libby’s)

1. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl until smooth. Spread over warm rolls.

Pictures

I have pictures:) The last few months have been pretty busy and I havent had much time to document with pictures what we were doing. In August we were able to meet my family in California for a little get-a-way and enjoy the wonderful weather. Shortly after, Matt started school back up again and I decided to go to Paul Mitchell School. I thought I would take a week vacation to LV before I started school. While I was there I hung out with family, saw my friends, and ate WAY too much pizza a YOGURT LAND. ( I love yogurt places:)) Here are some pictures:) Enjoy!

California:) I miss this WONDERFUL weather!
